This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses Shiopp. It supplements the Terms of Service. Violations may result in content Take-Down, account suspension or termination, and referral to law enforcement.

1. Permitted use
Use the Service only for lawful product-validation, discovery, feedback, and related marketplace activity consistent with the Terms.
2. Prohibited content
You may not post, upload, or link to content that:
- Infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other rights
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonates others (including fake products or fake validation schemes)
- Promotes illegal activity, or offers illegal goods or services
- Exploits, harms, or sexualizes minors (zero tolerance)
- Contains non-consensual intimate imagery, extreme pornography, or illegal sexual content
- Constitutes hate speech, credible threats, harassment, or incitement to violence
- Contains malware, phishing, or instructions primarily aimed at causing harm
- Reveals others’ sensitive personal data without authority
- Violates export, sanctions, or other trade rules applicable to you
3. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Create accounts under 18, or multiple accounts to evade bans or manipulate validation metrics
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data except via documented public APIs we expressly allow
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, probes security without authorization, or bypass rate limits or access controls
- Manipulate rankings, validation progress, follows, or payments through bots, fake accounts, or coordinated inauthentic behavior
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
- Resell or misuse platform credentials
- Misrepresent that Shiopp endorses your product or guarantees outcomes
4. Take-down and enforcement
We may remove content or restrict accounts with or without notice when we believe this AUP, the Terms, or law has been violated, or when we face legal, safety, or integrity risk. We may preserve information for investigations and legal compliance.

5. Reporting
Report abuse to [legal@shiopp.com] (or [support@shiopp.com] for general help) with URLs, usernames, and a short description. We may not respond to every report individually but will review in good faith.
6. Changes
We may update this AUP by posting a new version with a revised date. Continued use means acceptance.
